Here's a workout I did yesterday. All you need is a bit of space, one moderately weighted Kettlebell, and a chair. Rest as needed in between switching sides and from set to set.

  1. Clean & Press 3 sets of 10 per side
  2. Superset:
    1. Bent-over Row 3 sets of 10 per side
    2. Box Pistol Squat (or regular Pistol Squats if you can do them) 3 sets of 6 per side
  3. Windmill 2 sets of 5 per side
  4. Snatch 3 sets of 10 per side
