A: You'll be working live with your personal fitness trainer. So, you'll be able to ask questions and get answers right there. Your personal fitness trainer will be with you for each rep and giving you feedback throughout the workout.

A: Equipment isn't necessary, most of our personal training programs only require your own bodyweight and a few simple household items (ie. sturdy chairs, step stool). Depending on your goals, your personal trainer may recommend that you get specific equipment. If the equipment is suggested, you and your personal trainer will work together to find equipment that is suitable to you, your finances and your available space.

A: As long as where you want to train is safe, you have a stable internet connection, you can do the exercises your personal trainer has provided and you and your personal trainer can see and hear each other, then yes!
