During this session, you and your Trainer will go over your:

Followed by a comprehensive fitness assessment looking at your:

You’ll get a taste of what working out with your In Home Training Specialist will be like. Your Trainer will take you through a challenging but doable Introductory Home Workout. So that you can decide if they are the right fit for you.
