A: Yes! If our Programs really aren’t right fit for you and there’s nothing
we can do to make it right for you, then no worries! We offer a money back
guarantee on any unused personal training sessions for the first 30 days of
your personal training agreement with us.
A: We offer flexible payment options! You can choose to do Monthly or
Bi-weekly installments. We accept most credit cards and e-transfers*.
Of course we do reward clients that choose to make the full payment up
front; we give 2 Bonus Sessions to Clients who make a lump sum payment upon
signing up for their Training Package.
*For E-transfer payments we require a valid credit card to keep on file.
This card is only to be charged in the event of late or missed payments.
A. 6ft by 6ft of floor space is plenty for us to guide you through an effective home workout!
A. All we ask for is a solid 50-60 minutes of your focused time and undivided attention.
A. Equipment isn't necessary. Most of our personal training programs only require your own bodyweight and a few simple household items (ie. sturdy chairs, step stool). Your in-home personal fitness trainer will also bring equipment to each training session (ie. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, etc.)

Depending on your goals, your personal trainer may recommend that you get specific equipment so that you can do additional independent workouts. If equipment is suggested, you and your personal trainer will work together to find equipment that is suitable to you, your finances and your available space.
A. Absolutely! You can get in great shape with just your own bodyweight, a few pieces of equipment and the willingness to challenge yourself. The unique way in which our Trainers program workouts allows you to make progress towards variety of goals; whether it be fat loss, muscle-building, conditioning for sports or rehabbing nagging injuries, In-Home workouts can be effective for all of these goals
A. Not when you're working with an experienced In-Home Personal Trainer. Consistency and repeated efforts are needed to get better at anything. But if you're ever feeling demotivated doing the same exercises, your personal fitness trainer will keep you motivated, challenged and engaged through creatively designed workouts!
A. Yes! All of our Packages have included with them a Personalized Nutrition Plan; along with 1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Sessions led by our Precision Nutrition Certified https://www.precisionnutrition.com/ Nutritionist Shan, to help you put YOUR Nutrition Plan into action!
