I was referred to Shan through a friend and began training with him through the summer. He is very professional and knowledgeable and has a passion for his work. The workouts were geared to meet my needs and took into account any pre existing injuries. As someone who has experience in weight lifting I was glad to see Shan introduce new workouts and exercises. From basic movements to more advanced stuff like KettleBell swings Shan provides quality training and he wants to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. He keeps up with you throughout the week and is always willing to answer any questions regarding training.
