Shan has been an excellent coach. He shows up on time every time. He is very knowledgeable and motivating. He has diet options and general advice that is very helpful. I cannot recommend this at home training more!!! I absolutely love all the different types of training that are offered. Due to Covid-19 I am currently doing the online option. It is ready to go for me every week. I have the flexibility to do it whenever I want, but it's also collaborative in the sense that I get to work with my trainer on what is working and what we need to switch up.
