Shawn fromTrainsmart Fitness and Health was my personal trainer for one month. My goal as a senior citizen was to free up my stiff joints and increase my stamina so I can always remain mobile and self-sufficient. Shawn curated a set of exercises for me that he customized perfectly. He was very patient with me and his virtual sessions were almost like the real thing. All you need is a smartphone with Zoom!
