Q: How will my trainer hold me accountable?
A: Based on the level of support needed for you, we will use a combination of emails, phone check-ins, video recordings and a Workout Tracker that you will fill out during your workouts. These tools will be used to make sure you're sticking to your program. Your trainer will work with you to develop habits that will help you stick to your program and learn how to hold yourself accountable.

How does online training work?
Your online personal trainer will have you complete a baseline health assessment, then you’ll perform physical assessments. Your online personal trainer may have you perform these tests during a video call, or they may have you record yourself. Based on their assessments, you and your personal trainer will work together to set realistic and attainable goals. Your personal trainer will deliver your program to you online, and through a combination of emails, phone check-ins, and video recordings of your training, they will provide feedback, hold you accountable, and make adjustments to your training plan.
