I cannot recommend this at home training more!!! I absolutely love all the different types of training that are offered. Due to Covid-19 I am currently doing the online share drive option. It is ready to go for me every week. I have the flexibility to do it whenever I want, but its also collaborative in the sense that I get to work with my trainer on what is working and what we need to switch up. I have seen my body get stronger and i’m absolutely thrilled. If you are on the fence about this JUST DO IT !
