Invest in yourself with private in-home personal training. Work with a qualified and experienced personal fitness trainer to reach your goals, in the privacy of your own home. No equipment necessary. Before or after work have Shan come visit you, to take you through a safe, fun, and effective workout routine. Learn how to incorporate physical activity and healthy eating into your daily routine and have a trainer there to keep you accountable and motivated. Have Shan right there with you to make sure you're doing the exercises safely and correctly. Through a combination of bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, resistance bands, and creative workouts you're sure to reach your goals and enjoy the process.

A: Equipment isn't necessary, most of our programs only require your own bodyweight and a few simple household items (ie. sturdy chairs, step stool). Your trainer will also bring equipment to each training session. Depending on your goals, your trainer may recommend that you get specific equipment so that you can do additional independent workouts. If equipment is suggested, you and your trainer will work together to find equipment that is suitable to you, your finances and your available space.

A: Yes! You can get in great shape with just your own bodyweight, some common household items and willingness to challenge yourself.

A: Not when you're working with an experienced In-Home Personal Trainer. Consistency and repeated efforts are needed to get better at anything. But if you're feeling demotivated doing the same exercises, you're trainer will keep you motivated, challenged and engaged through creative workout design.
